Services
Saarthva provides business-to-business procurement, sourcing, vendor coordination and operations support services. Specific requirements, quantities, pricing, timelines and service levels are confirmed per quotation or engagement communication before any order is placed on your behalf.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is an offer based on information available at the time and may be revised if specifications, quantities, locations or market conditions change. An order is confirmed only when you approve a quotation in writing (including email or WhatsApp).
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for sharing accurate requirements, specifications, delivery locations and approvals in a timely manner, and for inspecting deliveries on receipt so issues can be raised promptly.
Liability
Saarthva coordinates sourcing and delivery through its vendor network and will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order or engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
